| Mailing List MSA makes its membership list available to interested parties for the purpose of furthering the mission of MSA and for the benefit of our members. The list will be available pursuant to review and approval of the proposed mailing, in advance, by the Board of Directors or its designee. Granting such approval provides for a one-time use pursuant to a signed agreement that shall specify the price and other terms. Requests for the one time use of the association’s mailing list shall be made in writing by completing the One Time Use License Agreement. A copy of the mailing material shall accompany the Agreement. The Board of Directors will review requests within two [2] weeks of submission and upon approval or by its designee, If approved, MSA shall execute the One Time Use License Agreement. Once payment is processed, the mailing list will be sent via email in an Excel worksheet format.
